Grow by Numbers

Say less to more people.

Don’t worry about the person you didn’t close, worry about the person you didn’t see.

The message in this interview sounded familiar to me, so I checked it out and indeed Robert Hollis worked for the same company with these guys back in the day. Their formula for success was simple and duplicatable.

The Web is Dead?

The Web is Dead?

The Web is Dead?

Alright, maybe not dead yet but it’s on a serious decline.

This image is worth a thousand words. The Internet is here to stay, but viewing web pages through a browser is going the way of the dinosaur. This Wired article draws parallels to network booms of the past and shows you a snapshot of future things to come.

Seriously, take a good look at this chart. What else do you need to know?

Long live the iPad!

Dollar Value of a Facebook Fan

So what is a Facebook fan worth to me anyway?

How much of my resources should I be putting into a Facebook Fan Page, and if I don’t know how to do it all myself what should I be willing to pay to outsource it?

Your Fan Page could show a positive ROI, but it could also be a sinkhole for money and time if you’re not doing it properly.

Syncapse, in association with Hotspex, put together a report to help with this.  It’s 18 pages long, but don’t worry – I read it for you :)   Their research concludes that each Facebook Fan should be worth $136 to your business.

Are you getting that kind of ROI on your Facebook Fan Page?  Can you afford not to have one?
